In the spirit of the 100th anniversary of the Bauhaus-Jahr, director and musician Schorsch Kamerun stages an assaultive farewell party in the form of a grand, concert-like funeral – the projekt bauhaus. Is the radiant Bauhaus invention still alive or has it long since mutated into an omnipresent but now meagerly ridden zombie museum? The sharpest updating of the great Bauhaus presupposes its temporary suspension as a protection against general duplication.
