Anamorphic eagle

Looking straight up into the atrium of the Catalysis Research Center of the TU Munich one sees floating tubes of colored glass forming the shape of a circling eagle. The silhouette is shaded with blue lines. From all other viewpoints of the room one only sees an abstract image. The installation by Roland Fuhrmann is the counterpart to his work RÅ’HREN:DER HIRSCH (belling stag) in sight distance in front of the same building.
