How does urban planning in a city like Berlin work? Who takes the profound decisions regarding the capital’s urbanistic present and future? The filmmakers Gabriela Neuhaus and Angelo Scudeletti accompanied Berlin’s chief urban planner, Swiss-born Regula Lüscher, for about two years. Their documentary allows insights in a position somewhere in between economics, politics, and design – and, of course, the citizens of Berlin.
