The city is disintegrating – into old and new, poor and rich, thoroughly planned and haphazard. Can we succeed in reassembling the fragments? The question of the “whole city” was discussed by 16 speakers with around 700 visitors at the Bauwelt-Kongress in Berlin in early December 2019.
