Global conflict, political and ecological migration, overpopulation and explosive formation of slums. Until recently these subjects were not of any central importance – neither at schools of architecture nor in architectural offices. The exhibition at the German Architecture Museum in Frankfurt / Main shows about 20 different positions and concepts that provide a new understanding of the social role of architecture.
