The Louvre-Lens museum – Part 3
In the third part of the Louvre-Lens documentation by ERCO, we get to know the lighting design of the museum. Jeff Shaw, lighting designer at Arup, talks about the great role of daylight for the Louvre-Lens and its sensitive interplay with architectural lighting.
The art museum opened in 2012 as a branch of the Louvre Paris. Thanks to the architects of SANAA and Imrey Culbert and the lighting designers of Arup, the Louvre-Lens has become a milestone in the worldwide museum landscape.
